I canceled a couple of years ago, so I can't say how good they are these days. I do know that I've never had another charge from them in that time. You're comment that the cancellation process was hassle free gives me some comfort, however I'm having some difficulty finding information on their site on how to cancel prior to the 30 day trial period ends. I did find a 'termination' form which I filled out but, wary as I am about online trials, am not comfortable that I have indeed cancelled my account. Do you have any advice or anything you can tell me to make me feel more secure in assuming that 'terminating' and 'cancelling' mean the same thing to MyFax. I will be gone before the 30 day period is up and do not want any surprise charges on my credit card when I return. Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me.
